Great place to go when...

Liked: We liked the Location, the staff was very helpful and friendly
Disliked: There was nothing not to like. The BBH exceeded my expectations.

A small hotel with reasonable...

Liked: My room looked out at the beach and ocean which was great. There was a small balcony with 2 chairs, and I enjoyed sitting there. From the hotel I could walk for 10-20 minutes in two directions, finding places for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Disliked: When I arrived, the elevator was broken, but my room was on the 2nd floor so I didn’t have to carry my suitcase too far. As a senior, I found the tub/shower rather slippery, and there were no grab bars.

Liked: The view is all it has
Disliked: I was on the 5th floor. they said the elevator was not working but will be fixed that day or in the morning. That was not a true statement as I learned the elevator had been broken for some time. This could have been disclosed or compensated. No one was in the office when I checked out, so I called later in the day asking for a partial refund. I got no response. going up and down 5 flights of stairs with luggage is not something a senior citizen is safe to do. there was no assistance.

Old tired hotel

Liked: Good location
Disliked: Old tired hotel. Dirty everywhere, broken elevator, rusted old stairs, broken light fixtures, ripped chairs, dirty stained walls and ceilings, no hangers in old wardrobe, sticky floor, lack of staff in the evening. It was a very poor experience. Booked it on misleading photos and reviews on booking .com.

My stay was very good!...

Liked: Despite the elevator being broken the entire weekend the staff..especially Kenisha was so nice and very professional!
Disliked: No complaints

Can’t wait to come back...

Liked: We loved the location , the private balcony , the staff, and the sunrise view s as well as l the value ! Comfortable beds and pillows. We will be returning for sure! :)
Disliked: The Pool had a lot of sand in it - and the property was very old ( elevator broken) - but it was clean and had a charm to it - everything worked well and I liked the decor and the beach towels/ lounge chairs !
