Nice stay, great location, beautiful...

Liked: The room was spotless, staff were so helpful and attentive, beautiful decor and lovely breakfast.
Disliked: The TV in our room did not work on the first night, we called reception, they advised that they were waiting on a part to fix the service in our area of the building, it was a shame considering how much the room cost, we asked to be moved, however no other rooms where available, however the next night when we returned from a wedding at 12am it was working, I would guess it's a signal issue and the TV is intermittent, which is a shame for the cost if the room.

Liked: The property was so beautiful and well kept.
Disliked: If I had to be really fussy I found the bed to be quite hard and didn’t sleep great. But I think this is just personal preference as my husband slept very well!

Liked: We have stayed at this hotel many times and we love it, the rooms are excellent clean and the beds are excellent.
Disliked: The way breakfast is now served, we use to order from a menu and it was served to you, now its pre cooked and both mornings the breakfast was cold, having been in the catering trade i know that the hot lights they keep the food under are not hot enough to keep food warm for long.
