The Beverley Arms Hotel

A great 2 day stay...

Liked: Great hotel in a great place. Beverley is an interesting destination with lots of quality shops
Disliked: It was very warm during our stay but the hotel provided a fan which allowed us to sleep.Lift only goes to floor 1 but we were on floor 2? which meant a climb up a long flight of stairs.Next time we will ask for a room at a lower level

Liked: Fantastic facilities and beautiful room, the staff were so friendly and helpful and went the extra mile. Extremely clean and easy access to the rest of Beverley.

Excellent location but room was...

Liked: The room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast was excellent , lots of choices and service was very good. The garden terrace for food and drinks was beautiful but very busy.
Disliked: The room lack aircon so was very hot. Although a fan was provided I would have excpedted aircon for the price. The room was clean but the bathroom need decoration and changing of the basin

A very good hotel, I...

Liked: The room was very nice indeed and the staff were generally excellent. The location is good, it is a nice place to stay
Disliked: My comments are perhaps coloured by my having just stayed at a 5 star hotel abroad, however the hotel displays a sign saying 5 stars so it is a fair comparisonLimited choice at breakfast - not much choice of fruit, no meats and cheeses or vegetables, no nuts or seedsDisappointed that a "5 star" hotel was unable to accomodate an extra guest at breakfast. Good thing I didn't plan any business meetings. In the end we had to forego the breakfast we had paid for and meet our guest at a local restaurantUnhappy to be told, when advising staff that a non electric car was parked in a charging spot, that the spaces were not reserved for Electric vehicles despite a sign clearly saying "EV only"
