Hotel Description
With original stone flooring this 18th-century coaching inn is close to the medieval town center 2625 feet from Beverley Rail Station and Beverley Minster. Fully refurbished in 2018 it has free on-site parking rooms with attached bathroom and a restaurant. The interior seamlessly blends many original features from 1794 including the arches in the old kitchen with more modern artwork log fires and woodburners. The rooms are individually designed and feature flat-screen TVs hairdryers work desks and tea/coffee. The private bathrooms have showers and toiletries. Downstairs the bar and lounges are open throughout the day for drinks coffee and snacks and the light airy restaurant features an open kitchen where you can watch the Chefs at work. All the food is freshly cooked and features many local and regional producers. Outside there's a large sheltered courtyard with Champagne bar and booth seating. It offers good transport links to York Leeds Hull Doncaster and Sheffield.

A large corporate hotel. Expensive...

Liked: A large hotel right in the centre of Beverley in front of the Minster
Disliked: Expensive for what it is and new rooms around the back have no view.The hotel is large and has a very corporate feel.Breakfast service slow and food very average

We enjoyed our stay, although...

Liked: Breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful. There was a wide choice of food on offer. We were particularly impressed with the bathroom.
