Liked: The location is amazing and the atmosphere in the lobby with lots of things happening and live music
Disliked: The beds were too soft and the sofa bed was not very comfortable. Pool area on the roof is relatively small

If you book this hotel...

Liked: The Betsy Hotel site shows the rooms at the front of the hotel. However the hotel has another building accessed by a bridge. We booked a kingsize room but were allocated a queen room in the annexed building. The room was so small it there was no room for 2 cases. We were then moved to a suite at the back of the hotel where the art gallery is. To get to any of the facilities at the front of the hotel involved going up and down in 2 different lifts in 2 building and along corridors from one end of the hotel to the other. It was like staying in a different hotel on a different street. Very disappointing. The manageress did apologise and said she would be in touch but we have not heard back from her yet.
