Liked: The staff was very personable and helpful. The hotel was quiet - ie no barking dogs or loud parties. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast had a lovely variety of foods. I loved the location of the hotel, as stores and restaurants were all in walking distance.
Disliked: The cleaning staff forgot to put coffee cups in my room one day.

Liked: Everything was fine until my wife and I went to our room. The first thing we saw upon entering the room was a cockroach. I managed to trap it and we decided to let the front desk know what happened. When we told them what happened and asked if there was anything we could do about that (because that tells me your hotel is NOT clean) the evening managers ultimatum was to basically get over it or receive a full refund for the room. Sounds great except that it was around 8pm, so no late bookings available and they were “booked” so we weren’t able to switch rooms or even get a discount for the experience. The evening manager didn’t even express sympathy or responsibility for the incident. He made it seem as if it were our fault. We will NOT be staying at this location again.
