I will never stay here...

Disliked: The sheets on both beds were dirty and hair was all over them. Bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Upon the entering in the room, it was moist and damp. The remote control was sticky. The refrigerator was gross. This property needs a deep cleaning.

Very poor

Liked: Nice enough neighborhood, near where I was trying to go.
Disliked: Whole room had a thin layer of what can only be described as moisture everywhere, no blankets on bed, just a sheet, TV didn't work, toilet seat was loose, fire alarm malfunctioned at 4am and kept me up all night, door got stuck and screeched at high volume when it finally opened.

Don’t ever stay there was...

Liked: Nothing at all!!!!
Disliked: Smelled like mildew a the bathroom had black stuff in the corners of the bathroom and the water smelled like sewer water an I didn’t even want my two year old to walk on the floor. The beds where broke a bedding was dirty and smelled

Disliked: When we arrived in our room, we found dirty towels, which I had to go to the reception to exchange. The next morning at breakfast, we waited about 15 minutes for the bread to be restocked. Later that morning, the toilet in our room got clogged. When I went to report the issue, I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the reception. I also tried calling, but no one answered.These issues significantly disrupted our stay, and I clearly communicated this at the reception. A staff member there promised me 50% compensation, which I accepted. However, I have not received any compensation. He just lied. Terrible experience.
