Liked: Great location, right next to the central train station and metro. Friendly staff and experience. Would stay here again.
Disliked: They advertise AC, but really only have a radiator and the ability to open the windows. Really just a nitpick with this though.

Liked: Everything was great, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Milano Central Station! I especially want to thank Ms. Jennifer, who works in the breakfast service — she is incredible. She’s been working there for 20 years and has such a strong work ethic and organizational skills, it’s truly rare to see! On top of that, it’s clear she loves her job — she does it with joy and a smile. It really made me happy to see someone like her! Also, praise goes to the gentleman from the Philippines who works at the reception — he has also been there for many years and is very professional! The same goes for the room cleaning staff — the entire hotel team is a 10/10!Hotel managers, if you're reading this — please reward them, they truly deserve it! Thanks again!

Liked: The location is very good close to Central Station and Metro also, so it is easy to move. Staff is very friendly. Building is old and needs renovation but it was clean enough.

Old outdated beddings

Liked: This hotel has a lot of improvements to do. 1. Old building, you hear all the noise from the corridor, other rooms, and the street. Definitely not for light sleepers.2. Extremely small room, but that was not really our concern as we were only looking for a room to stay for a few nights. Very nice balcony, though. 3. The room was kept clean by housekeeping. However, the old mattress and other outdated beddings caused allergy reactions (especially dust). If you have allergies, avoid the hotel all together or get your pills ready.4. The old mattress also caused a back ache and three sleepless nights. 5. If you have breakfast early, you're punished with reheated bread and pastry from the previous day. Coffee machine has to boil the water after every 5 coffees or so...that is causing breakfast queue. 6. The shower door was difficult to open until it actually broke on our last night. 7. Lovely and accommodating staff.8. Very good location. I would work with anything. I'm not a light sleeper, and I don't need a "Royal Suite" for a City Break. But I can't get over a dust embedded in the old, outdated mattress and bedding that caused bad allergy reactions over the night, back ache, and three sleepless nights. I wish we'd pay a bit more for a better hotel. That's true. There was also a sign of a leak on the ceiling and cracks in the wall.
