Liked: The location is great, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable, the stay was very good.
Disliked: The receptionist lady was too rude during the check in, her way of treating me as a customer is totally unacceptable. There was no trigger to have such a bad welcome.The bathroom was clean however, the smell wasn’t good.

Lovely place to stay with...

Liked: We booked 3 rooms for family for our son’s graduation. Location was perfect. Rooms were very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Sarah helped us out beforehand when I mixed up rooms on our booking. Bridget welcomed us and we met Sarah when we left. Would highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Lovely staff, perfect location, amazing breakfast. I had the cozy room which was as described, small but very cute. I have stayed in lots of different Bristol hotels and I think I will come back here in future

Liked: i was pleased by the help of your receptionist polly gave me the painters had painted walls near my room and she found me another room

Brilliant...felt pretty spoilt staying there.

Liked: Everything perfect couldn't find any fault with it.
Disliked: Would have been good to have the option to fill up the mini fridge myself to not be over charged for coke or beer and so on.
