Super hotel in great location.

Liked: Very well layed out room. butum coffee maker, a shot of sherry and fruit welcome gift in room greatly appreciated.Good pillows.

Liked: Lovely hotel, helpful friendly staff. Sorted out the heating in our room very quickly. Great hospitality.

Nice hotel in Clifton.

Liked: Good location in pretty, leafy square behind Park St with all its shops, restaurants etc.Convenient garage parking £17 per night.Friendly, helpful staff.Didn’t eat there so can’t comment on food.Tea, coffee, fruit, biscuits & sherry were a nice touch in room.
Disliked: Noisy private function in basement.

Perfect place, lovely breakfast and...

Liked: Perfect place for access to the University of Bristol, very nice breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Temporary problem is that the renovation work is producing dust and just a bit awkward to walk through.

A good place

Liked: It's got good decor. Stylish. Nice furnishings and nice food.
Disliked: Couldn't turn towel rail on. There's a background hum like a distant electricity generator, on and off at night, which might only be the fan in someone's bathroom, but anyway, it's not completely quiet. This is a shame as it could be as it's on a quiet Square.
