It's not to me to say customer service is dead. But the lady who checked us in on Saturday afternoon obviously should have another job or be held accountable for her lack of customer service. I've long believed customer service is dead and unfortunately the stay here did not help. Only issue I had was our room on the six floor had very loud partying floor mates. Not in your control. It was clear that my girlfriend and I would not be getting sleep with these party goers - I tried around 7 o'clock to get another room but was properly shut down by this woman - 'no way possible, you will just be put in another area where you'll be next to someone else. I will go talk to them'. That didn't seem like a logical conclusion so we went out, got dinner, came back by 10 and the partygoers were still at it, loud out on the balcony and I called our lady again. After much resistance to change our rooms to any room for that matter and I didn't care if we were going to be next to another person I didn't wanna be next to party goers, she permitted the change. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a customer service experience when we are at the center of the experience but sadly we're all left to feel like we're inconveniencing you all. I know times are tough but am I correct to assume you're supposed to be in a way taking care of us?

Convenient for us, plenty of...

Liked: Good location near canal walk, easy to go across Manchester Bridge to Forest Hills/Westover Hills
Disliked: Wish there was a fridge in the room. Front desk said ?let us know anything you need? but when we asked for a toothbrush, nope, sorry, none here.

Liked: Location! Very close to restaurants.
Disliked: The lobby smelled really musty. Room seemed old fashioned, and there was no mini-fridge. I was in a king room and only had I bottle of water. The front desk did not once answer the phone when I called from my room to inquire about internet. The internet was not secure/PW-protected.

Liked: The neighborhood is great and the location is good. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.
Disliked: I had a room on the 4th floor facing the front street of the hotel. It was across from a neighborhood bar/music venue and quite noisy until after midnight. This room was also next to a heating return vent that roared during the night. The room was comfortable but the bed is older and the sheets were scratchy and rough
