It's not to me to say customer service is dead. But the lady who checked us in on Saturday afternoon obviously should have another job or be held accountable for her lack of customer service. I've long believed customer service is dead and unfortunately the stay here did not help. Only issue I had was our room on the six floor had very loud partying floor mates. Not in your control. It was clear that my girlfriend and I would not be getting sleep with these party goers - I tried around 7 o'clock to get another room but was properly shut down by this woman - 'no way possible, you will just be put in another area where you'll be next to someone else. I will go talk to them'. That didn't seem like a logical conclusion so we went out, got dinner, came back by 10 and the partygoers were still at it, loud out on the balcony and I called our lady again. After much resistance to change our rooms to any room for that matter and I didn't care if we were going to be next to another person I didn't wanna be next to party goers, she permitted the change. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a customer service experience when we are at the center of the experience but sadly we're all left to feel like we're inconveniencing you all. I know times are tough but am I correct to assume you're supposed to be in a way taking care of us?

Liked: the bedding was perfection. but there is no lighting in the room other than 3 small lamps . luckily there are a lot of windows but in the evening its a bit of an issue. .. this place is nice but can use remodeling .

A Nice Stay

Liked: The room was large enough to be considered a suite. Great location for walking to shops and restaurants etc. Well furnished, and comfortable.
Disliked: We were out of the hotel most of the day, when we returned our room was not refreshed. I went down to the front desk to inquire and was told that they did not clean rooms unless requested, however we were not told this upfront. It is a real shame because they otherwise wouldA have received a 6 star rating.

Beautiful Richmond VA (RVA)

Liked: We really love the location right in the middle of downtown. It was close to lots of restaurants and bars. In about 1 mile from the capital bike trail which is 51.7 miles long in his awesome..
Disliked: The breakfast (skip it) and the fact that parking your car cost $30 extra.
