Great for family stay, please...

Liked: Ground floor room directly accessed off the car park was excellent for our wheel-chair user. The room was large and spacious and just right for our needs (see below for comment on the bathroom though). The garden was outstanding, just for our room, we loved it. Breakfast was lovely and tasty (please supply porridge next time).
Disliked: Even though it was described as an accessible accommodation, the bathroom was a little disappointing and not particularly wheelchair-user friendly. The shower wasn't suitable for a wheelchair and the W.C needed some grab rails. Maybe something to consider. Also, a review of the ramp angle into the pub and replacing the little step up to the accessible room with a ramp would make good improvements.

Great Stay, Excellent Staff &...

Liked: Great location, staff and room were impeccable.We had dinner at the restaurant, stayed the night and breakfast in the morning.The room is spacious and very well equipped., meals were excellent and the staff could not have been nicer or more helpful.We stayed in an accessible room which provided everything we’d need.
Disliked: Minor blip for us was that the mattress was too soft and we both woke with sore backs; this is a personal choice though so no biggie.
