Disliked: I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel were surprisingly rude and unprofessional. One of the cleaning ladies, in particular, was completely out of line with her behavior—lacking basic manners and respect. It made the stay uncomfortable and unwelcoming.A hotel experience is about more than just the room—staff attitude makes all the difference. Sadly, this place fell short. I hope management addresses these issues, as no guest deserves to be treated this way.

Liked: Comfy beds. Modern decor. Great shower. Nice toiletries. 24 hr reception. Lovely view. Big room. Two big beds. Great location.

Liked: The room was clean, modern and well equipped.
Disliked: Some of the other guests on our level decided to have a party 10pm-12am and there was screaming, shouting, doors slamming during this time. This kept our whole family awake. There was no response on calling reception (3 times). So we just had to wait til the party ended. The location is great for the lagoon and esplanade but the street access is rough. I didn’t feel safe walking with our two young kids.
