Very disappointed, but it was partially my fault for not complaining and moving rooms.

Liked: The lobby was pretty and the underground tunnel from the parking lot was pretty neat even though it's closed at 7pm.
Disliked: Bed was hard; the room service paper on the bed still had information the person before us had written on it. The heater in the room did not work so the fan just pushed out cold air - wanted to complain but did not want to pack up and move rooms at 3am. The shower did not turn on all the way so the pressure sucked. And to top it off the view was an alley and another building - was disappointed as this was supposed to be a really nice hotel for the high price. Also we were never even given a passward to the wifi and never told about any accommodation they had.

Liked: Great location and service. Gorgeous building.
Disliked: Constant noise from outside. Kept TV on all night to cover it up.

Beautiful but basic

Disliked: Slow staffing. Poor housekeeping. Called and asked for things and never received them have to continue to ask for them like towels & the pile of pillows on my bed are so uncomfortable none of them are feather. I thought for the price it would be a more upscale place.

Liked: The room and building was nice and the bed was great and access to coffee at all times was great. Staff were helpful as well
Disliked: I had breakfast included asked where and they said the one off the lobby and then still got a bill.

Disliked: Booking.com said there would be a kitchenette in the room. When I showed the staff the confirmation stating same in email, they informed me that none of their rooms had kitchenettes. They comped us with $50 food daily. Nice of them, not so nice booking.com!
