Liked: It is in a great location. The beds are very comfortable and breakfast at the hotel was good. There are plenty of restaurants nearby with excellent food and a good vibe.
Disliked: Everything was perfect.

We feel like were coming home every time we come to The Ben autograph collection in West Palm Beach
Liked: I was most impressed with Destiny at the front desk.. from the time we arrived on Friday May 31 until we left on Sunday, June 2. She treated us very special and didnt even know us until we arrived She was extra considerate to the fact that I had major knee surgery and my husband had the ALS disease She was so kind and getting us a room for an early check in, and assisted us through the weekend to make sure that our 18th wedding anniversary was flawless Along with the rest of your staff are very professional and we will be back very frequently!
Disliked: We did not care for the food on the rooftop bar. The Caesar salad dressing had a lot of Dijon mustard in it and they forgot the Barada in my husband salad so he had to ask for it. The food was we wont be back for, but the service was good.
