Liked: Staff friendly & helpful at breakfast check in was easy & the owner helped us upstairs with our bags which was very kind, good location in central Blackpool, breakfast was good & plentiful

Good location, good breakfast, check...

Liked: Breakfast and the seating were all excellent rooms generally clean .
Disliked: One of the rooms had bedbugs and the guest in there has bites all over his back and head. We booked 5 rooms that was the only 1 affected and the rest of the party had no issues

Disliked: The property was very much run down and very dirty. The reception area looked like it was part of the hosts living area. The bar was closed and full of baskets full laundry. The hotel from outside looked as if it was closed down. The carpet in our room was covered in Stains and black with dirt. Our friends room window didn’t close and after attention still didn’t close and the hotel was freezing cold. We left the hotel after a couple of hours
