Very disappointing the room was...

Liked: The room door locked and we were able to park very close to our room due to having a handicap tag.
Disliked: I called ahead to check in and advised that I would be one hour early. I was told okay and then when I arrived he stated the room was not ready and offered me a queen room when we had reserved a King room. Homeless hung around the courtyard and in the alleyway outside the room begging for food and cigarettes. The room smelled and had a bunch of gnats. They are charging because the beach is not far but the only amenity available is a small refrigerator in the room.

Comfortable overall in an outstanding...

Liked: Location is amazing. Room was large.
Disliked: Very little parking. Our room did not have a door that made the shower area private. We traveled as a family and our kids did not want to be showering for all to see so we had to leave the room every time someone showered. Very inconvenient.

Liked: Location to beach
Disliked: Not so clean - no coffee tea Facility / Uncomfortable set up is shower exposed in the room . Basic uncomfortable bed and pillow .
