Very good

Liked: Very clean and stuff very friendly. Exceptional location. It's a low end and old building but they keep it very clean and neatly as possible. Balance between price, location and building!
Disliked: Water pressure it's very low but nothing to do about it since it's a very old building so water pressure just enough for basics needs. However isn't big of a deal " you are just 1 block from the beach so and extra couple of minutes to rinse you isn't a big deal"

Disliked: Unfortunately, our stay was really disappointing. The room had dirty sheets with hair all over them, which was an immediate red flag. The stairs were extremely steep and not easy to navigate, especially since we had to go up and down them twelve times due to our key card constantly not working. Every time we went to the front desk, they just gave us another card that also didn’t work — it was beyond frustrating. Between the lack of cleanliness and the janky key system, this place felt like a total hassle. Would not recommend.

Very good

No parking!

Liked: The hotel was a good rate and clean but there were bed bugs.
Disliked: The hotel does not have onsite parking. Parking on the street is free but extremely hard to get. We waited a half day for a spot to open up near the hotel. We had to park a mile away until the spot open. Once the spot open, one of us stood on the spot while the other person went to get the car.
