the price is too high....
Liked: good location, within walking distance from the center, train and bus station. Thanks to the girls from the cafe on the first floor, they provided hot water for tea/coffee. there is air conditioning. they wrote that it is noisy at night, yes indeed, there are a lot of cafes on the street, it is noisy, but our windows overlooked a side street - so we did not feel the noise
Disliked: There is no elevator in the hotel, a narrow, steep, spiral staircase leads to the 4th floor. There is no kettle in the room. There was someone else's sock behind the mattress. Small room. The shower and toilet are in a small extension, and to get to the toilet you need to go through a wet shower, the floor is wet near the toilet, and water is also spilled throughout the room, outside the shower.

Liked: 1.Location- highly accessible to transportation ( tram 8 from Rotterdam Centrale to Museum Park) Metro is 5mins walk) Great for social butterflies and enthusiastic walkathoners.*cafe downstairs, strip of restaurants and cafes. Supermarket nearby is 3mins walk. *10mins walk to Beurs.2. Friendly staff. 3. Compact room layout. (Room 103 &102) would suit a solo traveller. 4. Reasonable price if you are not fussy.5. Plenty of plugs and sockets6. Easy check in and out.
Disliked: Where do I start?Hhmm..1.Stairway to heaven - the lift is not operating to "minimise our carbon footprint". The stairs are steep and narrow- it's not for your weak and cracking knees. The staircase is also not well lit, pray as you go up and down- not for visually impaired. Quite difficult with luggages- it's even easier to throw or roll them down the steps. A fire pole or a slide would make it easier coming down.2. Bad ROOMance -Room is compact - ergonomics is poor. (Only speaking for 103 and 102) i was blown away by the lay out of the toilet where the shower comes first before the toilet. The toilet ends up getting drenched as you shower-leaving it with so much puddle of water. As you shower, it floods out your shower door where you have to use your towels (they are quite generous providing these though) to dry it up. -Privacy (not so private 🫣) : Great if you are solo or travelling with partner. The shower walls are quite see through. Can see, can hear every business you make. -No cupboards or shelves for clothes. -TV not working. No Netflix/local or cable tv programs as mentioned.3. Have a NOISE day! -it's a busy street and full of life at night. Didn't bother me much though and it quiet downs shortly after midnight.

Very good
Disliked: My only concern is that although there is a lift guests are not allowed to use it for environmental reason. Difficult to carry suitcases because of stiff staircase
