Excellent location. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. If we need to stay in Philadelphia again we will come back.

Disliked: If your going for a busy weekend , be mindful there is only 2 elevators

Liked: It was very nice hotel, friendly staff and comfortable bed.
Disliked: The food was terrible, breakfast took 15 minutes to get waited on ( had to stop a waiter to take our order) asked for a glass of water 4x before I got one, then the food took forever. Then room service took 50 minutes got chicken and fries, fries were so greasy you couldnt eat them and so was the chicken , my husband got a burger the roll was soggy! It was really bad for such a nice hotel.

Liked: The location was great and the hotel was beautiful. Received complimentary drinks at the bar upstairs with check in and the kids got free cookie vouchers from a local bakery at check in.
Disliked: Booking.com indicated a certain price with taxes and fees. When we arrived at the hotel we were charged $35 more and the hotel held an additional $150 for incidentals which we were unaware of via booking.com.

Liked: It’s a beautiful hotel
Disliked: I booked a 2 queen room for a family of 4. They gave us a room w 1 bed and blamed it all on booking.com. Never sent up a roll out bed or extra bedding as promised. I had to harass them for it. Also stated 24 room service on their website. Their kitchen closed at 10 pm. Again planned on eating at the hotel after we checked in at 9:30 so was very disappointed.

Liked: Beautiful wooedwork inside and decor reminded me of a fine, older city hotel.
Disliked: Restaurant and bar were small but food was very good

Disliked: 1. Rooms were on different floors entirely so not even close as requested a week ahead.2. Spa was closed. Disappointing as we planned on going.3. Room service was not 24 hours as advertised.4. Room service took over 90 minutes (for pasta with butter).5. Room outlets location inconvenient.6. Shower curtain fell repeatedly.

Liked: Very clean. Very friendly staff hotel was beautiful.
Disliked: I liked everything about the property. However, we were not told about a $35 destination fee once checking in so I was charged more for my room than anticipated.
