Excellent location. Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. If we need to stay in Philadelphia again we will come back.

Very nice in general

Liked: Exceptional location and spacious and tidy rooms
Disliked: Furniture and aspect a bit outdated and the room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside.

Liked: To give this review some level of balance I wanted to try and find something. But even the location was surrounded by homeless people. And the city seems to have died. Such a shame.
Disliked: Everything. 4.5* seriously? It is so old and broken. Only 1 lift working, and that had lights out. Carpets stained. My room had no window. Generally tatty. Do not book here if you want anything other than a 2* experience.

Liked: Staff were kind. Good location. Complimentary waters in room.
Disliked: One working elevator to service all floors of hotel. Took up to 20 minutes to leave building with no stairwell option. Welcome letter explained there would be daily housekeeping, but there was none. I had to call to request more & for room to be made up.

Liked: The room was perfect, I loved the provided toiletries and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. The location was phenomenal and had immediate access to the Broad Street Line. The finest stay of my life
Disliked: The curtains didn't block all the light from the courtyard. That's all I can think of.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible Especially the service. The server only came twice to the table to greet us and to dropp off the check. We stay there days. & did not return for breakfast. We had breakfast @ the love. Much better Its unfortunately that such a beautiful had such horrible service & food
