Liked: The staff were nice and it was clean. Food was exceptional at dinner and really good at breakfast.
Disliked: Facilities could have been better - no body cream in the room, and we had ordered a bottle of wine that never showed up

Liked: The staff were helpful. Good facilities.
Disliked: My room had no stand alone fan and worse the extract fan in the bathroom did not function. The bathroom became like a perpetual sauna. Whilst outside temperature had cooled the room became very uncomfortable

Liked: My friends had classic double rooms which were a bit bland but I had a cosy double and I absolutely loved it.
Disliked: The staff were great but just not enough of them. 15 minute wait in lobby to check in so tried to find someone in the bar and then had to wait another ten minutes.On Saturday I had a problem in my room. No one answered the phone for 45 minutes of trying so I gave up
