Inn to enjoy

Liked: The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the area and the staff were superb.
Disliked: Nothing really

Useful one night stopover

Liked: Clean and well located, close to M27 and to Lyndhurst
Disliked: Only one bedside light

No Bell prizegiving here

Liked: Very little - feeling was management didn’t care about attention to detail and room facilities lacking (lack of sockets near bed and no USB ports, no mini bar, no air conditioning)
Disliked: On very hot day, no air conditioning so would have expected a fan in room. Had to visit reception to request one. Unnecessary.

Liked: The staff really were exceptionally nice and very helpful. Food was very good, rooms very clean and most importantly for us they were very dog friendly.
