Great location for a relaxing...

Liked: Great location. Friendly lovely staff. Great breakfast.Good selection of teas and coffees in room. Excellent toiletry selection.
Disliked: We booked a premium room and whilst the bed, linen, room size, towels and hot water were excellent. Disappointed to not have a fridge or bottled water in the room. Was offered chilled tap water! The room had lots of areas that needed repairs. We did highlight these to the management and action is being taken.

Liked: Good night's sleep and breakfast good quality and well presented.
Disliked: Cleaning staff sat outside door talking in the early morning.

Liked: Comfortable surroundings and wonderful staff with central location.
Disliked: Some of the decoration around the hotel looking a bit tired. Staff spread thinly at times yet remained professional and attentive.

Family friendly

Liked: Perfect location, very kind friendly staff, a lovely trip & will return
Disliked: Not much parking, but to be expected in the location. The public car park was just a few steps away so no problem really
