Liked: The staff were excellent. The young man who greeted us wa very reassuring nd explained everything very clearly. The room was clean and comfortable. They also provided a much needed fan. The breakfast was really good and all the staff serving the evening meal and breakfast were so friendly and polite.
Disliked: My husband has balance problems and in the shower there was no shower mat, but they did have a hand rail. That is my only criticism.

Disliked: The bathroom stank from the mould on the walls and the shower curtain to the extent that the bedroom smelt. Most unpleasant.
