Disliked: Car park, although free, was too far awayStaff could have been better, we asked for something for our room, which got forgotten and therefore, didn’t arrive!Breakfast was included, which was good, but was very disappointing. Could have been hotter and poached eggs were hard!

Great position, lovely room.

Liked: Very nice room, tea/coffee biscuits etc, nice bathroom. Great very central location.
Disliked: Extremely steep stairs up to rooms, beware! Breakfast wasn’t great, but served till 11 which is great!

Exceptional

Liked: The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble A good choice of breakfast items ranging from continental to full English. Free parking was a bonus and the location is excellent for the town and registry office

Liked: The room was a good size and very clean and well equipped including air con, TV, iron and hair dryer. Good communication from Jemma advising of parking and at check in the facilities in the local area.
