Lovely quaint hotel in the...
Liked: Wonderful warm welcome, the receptionist even wished my daughter a happy birthday! We had a lovely quiet room on the top floor with a lovely walk in shower. We were going to the theatre and the walk took less than five minutes! The associated car park was free and again only a five minute walk through the shopping centre.
Disliked: Having checked that breakfast started to be cleared at 0950 we got down for 0930. The dining room was empty, coffee was virtually run out and the receptionist was chatting on the phone. She said she'd be over in a couple of minutes but after almost ten minutes she was still on the phone and I had to ask her to take our order. However, she did apologise, the food was delicious and she made me an individual coffee for me but it was a shame we had to chase her.

Liked: I have stayed here before. Staff are very friendly. Room is clean. Good location. Great breakfast
Disliked: The only draw back was that they weren't serving food only breakfast. They are revising their menu. But this can't be helped. Lovely place.

Disappointing.
Liked: Room was OK.
Disliked: While the accommodation (i.e. bedroom) was OK, the pub part of The Bell is awful. The location is also bad (in a run down part of Aylesbury town centre) and there is no dedicated parking.
