The Spotlight on The Belgrave Hotel

Stylish Stay in a Classic Central London Setting

Modern comfort meets historic charm at The Belgrave Hotel, a family-run boutique hotel located in the heart of London. Spread across four beautifully preserved Grade II listed townhouses, it offers a calm and contemporary base just a short walk from Victoria Station and Pimlico Underground. With sleek interiors, rainfall showers, and smart LED TVs, this hotel is a peaceful retreat after a high-energy night out.

Why Concert-goers love it

You're just minutes from major tube and coach stations, making it easy to get to and from London’s biggest music venues — whether it's a show at the O2, a gig in Camden, or an intimate set in Soho. The area is surprisingly quiet at night for central London, perfect for recharging after a concert. With check-in from 15:00 and a relaxed 11:00 check-out, there's no need to rush the morning after.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends planning a gig-filled weekend
  • Solo travelers catching a must-see artist
  • Couples combining a concert with a London getaway
  • Fans who want a quieter, stylish space to recover
  • Budget-conscious music lovers who still want boutique vibes

Food and Drink Options

While there’s no full-service restaurant, The Belgrave offers a cozy lounge bar — great for a pre-show drink or wind-down nightcap. A continental breakfast is served daily, ideal for those who don’t want to skip the first meal of the day after a late night. Plus, you're surrounded by walkable restaurants and cafés in Pimlico and Victoria if hunger strikes after the encore.

Nightlife Options

You’re a quick tube ride to London’s buzzing nightlife, from Covent Garden to Shoreditch. Prefer something more low-key? The hotel’s own bar is relaxed and stylish, perfect for sipping a local gin or glass of wine in comfort.

What People Say

Guests rave about the spotless rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere despite the central location. Many highlight the easy access to transport and value the hotel's blend of modern amenities within a traditional setting. It’s especially popular for those wanting a quiet, classy stay without the central London price tag.

Areas for Improvement

There’s no on-site restaurant or 24-hour room service, so late-night cravings might require a quick walk. Some guests note the rooms can be compact — but that’s London charm for you! The continental breakfast is light, so those wanting a full English might want to explore nearby cafés.

The Bottom Line

With modern comfort, quiet surroundings, and unbeatable access to London’s top music venues, The Belgrave Hotel is a concert-goer’s ideal base in the city.

Good short stay , lovely...

Liked: The location was good and staff were friendly
Disliked: Room had a damp smell which lingered throughout the stay. Also didn't have a fridge which would have been useful. Room was also very small , as it was a one night stay we didn't have a suitcase. For tourists that do, there would be no room for this.

Very good

Liked: Perfect location for tourists, just a few blocks from Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station. If you like walking, you can go in a 15-minutes walk from Victoria station to Buckingham Palace and St James park (via Buckingham Gate). The bus stop is just a few metres from the hotel entrance (bus 24). By bus 24 you can go to Trafalgar square in few minutes. Good value for money. Keep in mind that most hotels are a bit expensive in London central especially at weekends. The rooms are a bit small but good enough to have a good sleep after a long day walking around. The private bathroom is modern and clean. Good quality of bed and pillows. You can have a breakfast in the hotel but you have plenty of options to have a good breakfast in Victoria Station or anywhere in London. Very helpful staff.
