Superb

Liked: Location was easy to get to from Gatwick airport and around London using the tube. Very clean, staff were friendly and we were able to leave our bags both before check in and after check out with no charge. Would definitely stay again

Loved the place again, just...

Liked: Stayed here before for the excellent location.
Disliked: Only problem was the banging of the door at end of corridor when cleaners had to stock up which was next to our room absolutely no chance of getting a longer sleep after 8 am with the door constantly banging.

We had a terrific stay...

Liked: Clean. Thankful for air-conditioner in what was a warm week. Also thankful for small fridge in the room to keep a few things. We appreciated having someone on the front desk 24 hours a day. Breakfast was excellent. Location allowed us to walk to train station or even city itself.

Had a really comfortable, enjoyable...

Liked: Welcoming, clean, modern, had great amenities. Close to Victoria bus and train station. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn’t included in the £245 price tag!

Perfest one night stayover -...

Liked: Nice size hotel, room was just big enough for the one night stay - wouldn't have liked it if I had more luggage - we were in room NO 4 - quite cosy - no room for a suitcases.Staff were incredibly helpful & polite & room was clean & tidy
Disliked: Due to cost constarints I would've liked to be a bit nearer to the centre of town & a tube sttaion but no issues with the hotel.
