Fine budget motel

A terrible room

Liked: We didn't like any anything except for the location.
Disliked: The entire room!!!!!! The door on the bathroom didn't close, The toilet was very low. The bathroom walls had paint chipping. The bathtub had rust stains. The sink didn't have a stopper, had rust stains and was filthy! The blue slip covers on the pillows had bleach stains. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Liked: They did not provide breakfast, which I knew when booking. They had no pool, but had a weight room. There are no elevators to the second floor, which I said I would never stay at a hotel that doesn't have an elevator. But, for the price, I should have known. Anyway, there was a glitch in trying to cancel. The manager was very accommodating and said he would not charge a fee. But, getting through booking was horrible. So, we changed plans and stayed anyway. As I said there is no breakfast, BUT there is a Quick Trip right across the street and we went there to get a pizza, which they cook for you. They also have a huge variety of other foods. So, we got donuts for breakfast and sandwiches and drinks for the drive home.
Disliked: It would be nice to have an elevator, but not all hotels offer that. I tried to cancel, as I said. The manager was very nice, but booking was horrible. You do not talk to a person, but AI and that is NOT helpful. So, we changed our plans to stay anyway. My daughter and her girls stayed in another room and said the shower was really bad, squirting a little bit and everywhere. So, we opted not to shower there. They may want to check that.

Liked: Absolutely nothing! Other than it was the ONLY hotel in the area...next time we will travel to the next town!
Disliked: Everything! No one sits at the check in desk. You have to call to ask them to come up and they answer as if they don't know what is needed. Then on check out we called to get our receipt and no one even answered so we threw the keys on the desk and left. The room and cleanliness was DISGUSTING!! A couple we were with left at 4 am because they were so uncomfortable with how gross it was. One sheet was gray (supposed to be white) with visible stains. One bed was missing a blanket but the one we had was so stained and dirty it was gross. The coverlets were so dirty I stripped the beds and couldn't use anything, Bad pillows, navy blue towels...can't be bleached for cleanliness, YUCK! one coffee pod for the two of us, toilet paper in bathroom almost empty and dead bugs on the floor. I would not stay here again if you paid me! Worst place we have EVER stayed!
