Disliked: Appreciate this is a very busy Hotel, however, there were no spare rooms available to swap rooms when there was an issue with the room 1. No Air Conditioning, Fans left in the room were in adequate did not cool room down at all. needed to order extra fans, which were noisy affecting sleep2. With regards to no AC, basics e.g ice were classed as extra and chargeable (bit unfair)3. Room 2504 was located above some kind of kitchens or utility where there was a constant noise of a motor running, so no sleep for 2 nights4. Room 3208 was too small and shower room was even smaller 5. Asked for a shower cap only to be told "not supplied as standard. Disappointing and unacceptable as this is a 4 star hotel and top golfing resort? When asked to be put through to management a shower cap was located and supplied? (possible training issue)

No lifts, hot smelly rooms...

Liked: The room was dated and very warm; the fan supplied did not work. couldn't leave windows open due to extractor noise. The bathroom smelt of cooking fat from the kitchens and was too small.
Disliked: The price at the bar is unforgivable. The Breakfast room very packed with loud music. No lifts to bedrooms, which was a struggle for us

Liked: We stayed here the night of the Ozzy Osbourne concert. Had a terrific day and met in the residence bar most of the most famous rock guitar players in the world. The staff were amazing we had a surreal night such a great venue.
Disliked: Absolutely everything was amazing. There was nothing not to like.

Disliked: The room is outdated. Very noisy plumbing disturbed throughout the night when others were using the bathroom. No AC in the room and table fan ineffective.
