Just okay!
Liked: Great breakfast and friendly staff.
Disliked: Room was very tired and needs a refresh. Sink was blocked.

The staff were friendly but...
Liked: Room was ok and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The meal times were very short. Breakfast didnt start until 7.30am and last orders for the kitchen were 7.45pm, which was poor if you were out exploring the local area or going to the Open.

Delightful.
Liked: The castle attached to the hotel and the spectacular gardens.
Disliked: This was a hot spell, so glad that the windows opened.

Belfry stay
Liked: Staff was exceptional, Mary, Sean, Luc, Lewis, and Ruth all were great, just to name a few. Initial issue with toilet fixed immediately. No AC, was a bit uncomfortable, but fans were provided and with sheer curtains on window were able to keep windows open without bug problem and night air was much cooler for sleeping. Overall great stay
Disliked: Weather was exceptionally warm and no AC
