Quaint and Quiet

Liked: The staff were very professional and attentive. The hotel was clean and very quiet. The food was very good. I really enjoyed this hotel, the views and the location ws easy to get to.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off between 6-6:30am (false alarm), the toilets are old and had to hold the handle down to flush and the room was warm (my daughter would have loved). We slept with the windows open all night, which was actually nice. Not loud at all, except after the fire alarm the cows were lowing, oh well, time to get up lol

Don't stay anywhere else.

Liked: The welcome that you get when you arrive here is like coming home. In fact this has been our second stay in a matter of weeks. Staff are professional, kind and welcoming. There is a really chilled atmosphere about the Belfry. As a same sex couple sometimes the check in process can be a bit stand off-ish. The only way I can describe it as it's like staying with friends.
Disliked: I can not think of a single thing I did not like nor can my partner.

Liked: Lovely property. The staff of excellent, very accommodating. The food is fabulous

Excellent

Liked: The staff were great. The breakfast service was very nice, with the breakfast being cooked to order.
Disliked: The TV was a little small and the beds were twins combined into one, but overall we had a great stay.

Stay for the food not...

Liked: Location was great and the food was excellent. The staff were super friendly. We loved hearing the cows!
Disliked: The bed was worn out and had a huge dip in the mattress with springs poking you. The bed was horrible.

Liked: Friendliness of the staff from reception to the restaurant and the breakfast were brilliant, very pleasant and courteous.The hotel was warm and comfortable with nice food and bar area
