Liked: Everything tbh the price is absolutely amazing rooms amazing and the staff at reception amazing

Happy stay

Liked: The hotel was very homely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfasts and the entertainment in the bar area.
Disliked: The only criticism would be in relation to the lift, which was very small and antiquated.

Liked: Booking confirmation said we'd have a room with a view and we were looking at a wall.The recepionist was brilliant and got us moved. He hadn't allocated the room. Explained drawback of the room he moved us to but it wasn't an issue for us. It was our third time staying thereFood is usually really good, but slight issues with our evening meal on Saturday night ,(took ages) and then at breakfast the next day they had major problems with their gas supply which probably didn't look so good to people who were there for their first time. But we had never encountered that on our previous stays. (And I have just made a further booking).

Liked: Lovely quiet location not far from the city of Londonderry. Food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable with everything you need.
Disliked: Nothing at all

Close to Derry.

Liked: Easy access from roadways. No parking fee.
Disliked: Poor food quality. Poor bed quality.

Disliked: Sat nav struggled to find place but we found it ourselves
