Excellent Stay

Liked: The exceptional staff from when you arrive until you leave. Special mention for receptionist and the girl (ailish I think) that served breakfast, super professional

Uncomfortable and forgettable

Liked: Good location close to Ferry city
Disliked: Beds were so uncomfortable. Room was small with decor from the 90’s. Asked for small packed breakfast as we had to leave early but got no response.

Quiet and comfortable.

Liked: A lovely room upgrade was appreciated. We ate in the restaurant as well as having breakfast, both of which were delicious.
Disliked: Nothing

Superb

Liked: All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Exceptional choice of breakfast in a relaxed informal atmosphere. We would have extended our stay, if the hotel had not been fully booked due to a wedding reception.
Disliked: The only minus were the worn appliances in the bathroom, which would benefit from some modernisation.
