Liked: Far away from the city center. The afternoon frontdesk very unfriendly. No one there offers to help (weird for a Hilton) with the luggages/troller. No breakfast included. Covered swimming pool with people drinking beverages in there and screaming
Disliked: Staff. Location. No breakfast included

Liked: Perfect location if you are visiting LA, want to stay in a nice area (Manhatten Beach) and want to be close to the airport (10min). Manhatten Village (Shopping, Dinner) is only 5 minutes away by foot. Very nice staff in the restaurant, easy room service and very nice cleaning staff.

Superb

Liked: Lobby, fitness center, business center, bed, pillows
Disliked: System was down when we arrived. We didn't receive a key until 10 pm that first night

Bad

Disliked: I couldn’t get into my room. I had to sleep in another room until the engineer arrived in the morning to fix the battery on the door key pad. I didn’t have any of my toiletries nor my computer. I had to miss a meeting in the morning. Completely unbelievable.

Exceptional

Liked: We left our room all the way to the end in the corner on the first floor. We also love the pool. We would definitely come back.
