Soft bed; excellent service - they were patient and knowledgeable when I had a question; the hotel was quiet. I stayed for two nights and I will never use another hotel when traveling - this is my go to.

Booking.com messed up the booking...

Liked: I thought it was a convenient location and the Booking.com price was good, but the noise from the nearby express way kept me up and Booking.com mixed up the booking so I was charged twice. I need a refund!!!
Disliked: Room location fronting the expressway was noisy. Desk clerk was unfriendly and wouldn’t help with the booking.com mistake. Also recommended I use the valet service and didn’t tell me it was $38 for one night.

Disliked: pics of the restaurant don’t the same on the hotel website to in person , prices of snacks was too much , ac in room sucked RM 932

Liked: Staff was pleasant, the facilities were clean.
Disliked: Bathroom door was not ideal for privacy. I was traveling with my adult son and the door didn’t stay closed so it was a bit of a pain. Also the parking was a little confusing.
