Soft bed; excellent service - they were patient and knowledgeable when I had a question; the hotel was quiet. I stayed for two nights and I will never use another hotel when traveling - this is my go to.

Liked: The staff was generally very helpful and room service was a 7/10.
Disliked: The whole hotel seemed run down / over used /out dated so that affects the overall sense of comfort and relaxation I was expecting. Some of the men at the front desk seemed out dated in their clothing and the suit jackets they wore- again it gives the feel that it’s an outdated hotel. When I arrived in my room the second security clamp above the lock was broken off so it gave a feeling of not being safe and the room not being properly checked before I got in. I wondered what else was neglected. The men that came and fixed it did a good job but looked sloppy in their dress. 5$ per bottle of water way overpriced.

Liked: The atmosphere was great. Helpful & courteous staff (valet, front & cleaning). Clean room & bathroom. We got into town around 45 mins early & we were able to still check in. The room had a plug in movable mirror with a light, which is really helpful for getting ready. The shampoo, body wash & lotion provided by the hotel were great. I thought we wouldn't be able to sleep next to a busy hwy but it was actually not bad at all.
Disliked: The clothes iron was not clean. It had left over sticky black gunk on it. So we had to try to clean it off the best we could to iron our clothes. We could hear some drunk girls yelling in the hallway at night time but other than that the stay was not bad.
