Liked: The breakfast was lovely, the room was great for our weekend stay and clean. The staff are fantastic they are friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many hotels in Blackpool and we enjoyed this one the most. Top marks to the staff

Liked: Location. Staff all around were very friendly.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. Ceiling tile blowing up and down as we had window open. Breakfast- cheap ingredients so wasn't enjoyable and the instant cheap coffee was horrible.

Liked: Missed breakfast due to our own timing issues. But beds were comfortable. Staff on shift called Kev was very good. Very good customer service. Explained everything and made us feel at home.
Disliked: Struggled to get to sleep straight away due to the noise of the windy coming through the window which we were later told are due for replacement.
