Disliked: I booked this place for my daughter and her friend, but at 12pm my daughter phoned me saying that they couldnt sleep because there were a lot of bed bugs biting and her friend kept on itching. They could literally see the bed bugs crawling and they are massive. I told them to speak to the reception, the staff seemed to know that its happening but pretended not aware the place has bed bugs. They were instead moved to a different room, however its thesame, bed bugs everywhere. Her friend got plenty of bites all over the body as is allergic with bites they swell like a size of pringles lid and they are red, poor girl. They did not have sleep at all.We are complaining for the money back, we have pictures of the room with bed bugs and all the bites. Dont go to this hotel, its really bad, staff is not helpful and dismissive. The poorest place ive ever booked, the owner must do something as i believe all the rooms and whole building is infested with bed bugs.

Liked: The room was small, but clean and nice. We booked 3 bedroom, was convenient with kid.
Disliked: was a bit noisy, because our room was facing the street, but all was good.
