Great location but a bit...

Liked: Good location on Government Street close to the harbour and lots of restaurants. Large sunny room. The staff in reception were friendly but didn't help with requests.
Disliked: The toilet ran which meant it started refilling every five minutes and was very noisy. We told reception and they said it had been fixed and when we told them it was not they went to the room again but nothing was done. The room was also very noisy - although we were advised of this. The servicing of the room was very late. We asked for an early check in but the room was not ready until 4pm. On other days we indicated they could clean the room at about 9am but it wasn't done until almost 4pm. When we spoke to the house maid she was surly to say the least.

Pleasant

Liked: Location is super good. Very close to downtown. But they don't provide slippers and toothbrush and toothpaste. A little bit too noise in the evening. Someone singing in the evening.

Health inspection needs to shut...

Disliked: There was black mold in the shower. I had to cancel my stay and they won’t give me my money back. They offered to give me a different room for MORE money without insuring that one won’t have black mold either. I don’t want a respiratory illness so I’m glad I didn’t stay there. Even thought I’m out 350+ dollars I would rather that then stay there.

Liked: Clean rooms and a good place for dinner in the same place!
Disliked: No breakfast and everything is closed early in the morning except A&W
