A cosy place in Ramsgate

Liked: This is a cute pub in a very charming area of Ramsgate. There are several beautifully decorated rooms above the pub and I stayed in one of those. Grant the host and pub owner is super friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a great value place to stay (and drink!) then this is it. It's a short walk to the cafes for your breakfast needs, and a short walk to the harbour and beach.

Liked: Good location and room was good size
Disliked: No communication prior and nothing in the room about local area, restaurants or even a WiFi code. Very little soap for the shower but this was rectified when asked for. No hairdryer in room.

Liked: We were met by Sam who was the barmaid, receptionist and concierge. She made us very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The beer garden was lovely and the rooms were modern and stylish. The location is great. There is only 4 rooms which made it feel like a Airbnb rather than a hotel. Would recommend the Bedford Inn.
Disliked: Kitchen only open weekends

Fantastic stay, food and staff...

Liked: Visited Margate for an 80's concert and found this place online, once we saw the reviews we had to book and we were not disappointed. Everything about this place is brilliant, the food, ambiance, design and facilities were faultless, but to make it even better we have to mention the team. The food is outstanding, so hats off to the chef and kitchen team and an extra special mention to Sam, who looked after us brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble, keep up the great work and we will definitely be back, anyone wanting an extra special place to stay near this part of the world, it's easy just book here!
