Fantastic stay, food and staff...

Liked: Visited Margate for an 80's concert and found this place online, once we saw the reviews we had to book and we were not disappointed. Everything about this place is brilliant, the food, ambiance, design and facilities were faultless, but to make it even better we have to mention the team. The food is outstanding, so hats off to the chef and kitchen team and an extra special mention to Sam, who looked after us brilliantly, nothing was too much trouble, keep up the great work and we will definitely be back, anyone wanting an extra special place to stay near this part of the world, it's easy just book here!

Perfect location, comfy bed, staff...

Liked: Perfect location, easy to get to, parking nearby, staff really lovely & helpful… bed really comfy, & added bonus of fridge in the room. Would definitely recommend !
Disliked: Menu looked amazing but sadly only available Thursday - Sunday ( we stayed Monday & Tuesday night 😞.. but will definitely go back as we really enjoyed our stay !

Excellent stay at a traditional...

Liked: Perfect location for my visit to Ramsgate. Friendly welcome from Sam who showed me my beautiful, well-appointed room. The renovations to this lovely traditional pub have maintained original features whilst giving the rooms and bar a modern 'feel'. The 'wet room' style ensuite felt really luxurious! Comfy bed and great blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep. Great to have proper coffee bags (not instant!), fresh milk, bottled water. Downstairs in the bar there's a good atmosphere and welcome from the locals, Sam and Grant. Highly recommended.

Great food, fantastic rooms and...

Liked: The food was phenomenal, seriously really good tapas, and roasts. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated.The publican is in the right job, he know how to entertain folks.
Disliked: Only annoying thing for me - the smoke detector is above the bed, so you have a green light shining in your eyes (in room 3).
