Liked: Good location for our trip with everything we needed. Bonus was breakfast included which was excellent. The landlady was very helpful and friendly.

The hosts made our stay!...

Liked: The property was lovely quiet and traditional! I loved that there was a separate lounge which helped when my little one woke up at 6.30am so we were able to come down and explore without disturbing anyone! The breakfast was amazing and such great value for money! The beds were comfy and the room was very spacious! Check out was at 10.30 which is great but we asked if we could stay another hour as we did t need to be at our event until 12 and Jo was so gracious in allowing us to stay that time! Thank you!
Disliked: There wasn’t much I didn’t like to be honest! It looked a bit tired but that does not reflect the great stay we had and the fact we would back as we would when coming to the area again! The only 1 thing I find inconvenient is that there was one small bin in our room and none for are bathroom waste! Having a little one in nappies meant we had to bag these up ourself and get rid! I think there should be a bin in the bathroom for bathroom waste such as cotton pads and sanitary products

Liked: This is a conventional Bed and Breakfast with a very pleasant, polite and helpful landlady. The room was just right for my requirements. The breakfast was well cooked and plentiful, with extra toast and coffee available on request. There was plenty of off-street parking available, and the location meant it was quiet at night. The local railway station is only 10 minutes walk away, with a 16 minute journey time into central Liverpool.
Disliked: Poor television reception in my room. Otherwise everything was fine.

Disliked: Could have done with a small towel for hair wash. Also a bath mat to step out of the shower.
