Great food, service, location

Liked: Comfy bed and bedding. Service fantastic, staff great and the halibut we had for dinner was the best we've ever tasted - 5 stars for the chef and kitchen staff.
Disliked: Just would have loved a bath after a long drive and a cold wet afternoon!

Liked: We felt quite at home as soon as we walked in ,first impressions are extremely important . It was welcoming clean and delightfully decorated very clean throughout !

Lovely romantic getaway, delicious food...

Liked: The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the evening meal. The staff were friendly and the location next to the park is lovely. Everything was clean and reasonably comfortable. Would definitely come again.
Disliked: The room was only partially modernised, with several of the fixtures and fittings seeming quite dated, like the bath, kettle, shower etc. The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The breakfast was quite expensive and it wasn't really made clear at booking how that would all work.

Lovely charming brilliant hotel with...

Liked: Excellent staff and attention to detail from the manager down to the cleaning team. Excellent customer service . The rooms were very lovely and unique in decor and spacious. Bathroom was modern and brilliant quality. It was an upmarket hotel but personable and charming . The bar and restaurant area very welcoming.Just book.it...you won't be disappointed !!
Disliked: The hotel was brilliant. Ideally you would like a much bigger carpark but it's in the middle of a town so not much they can do! and they are very friendly and made how to park nearby very easy !
