Expensive and noisy.

Liked: Kept up all night with noise - no help from staff even after complaining at 1.20am and no refund etc. didn’t sleep most the night.

Handy location in Knightsbridge

Liked: The location was great - very close to Harrods, the V & A and tube stations, but you pay for the location.
Disliked: The look of the outside is better than the inside. My room (booked for one person, so it probably was the worst in the hotel, to be fair) was tiny, shabby and hot. The mattress was literally threadbare. I stayed the last night in a different room on the ground floor, which was much better (normal) but it was next to reception and noisy until about 10pm. Perhaps I was naive about how much hotels in London cost because I expected it would be nicer.

Liked: Excellent and friendly staff.Cosy hotel with large room although a bit dated but still a very comfortable and welcoming.Great location if you want something very central.

You need to change the...

Liked: The room is to small and the bathroom is to old and the smell of the hotel is too too badAnd the elevator look like we are on 70 it to old and it to hard to open and close the elevator
