Disliked: We liked everything about it, we had room 31, it was great , if we had to pick on anything we would say bathroom needed a little updating

Liked: Quiet pleasing residential area. Beautifully decorated and spacious comfortable room.
Disliked: Not a complaint but the old style lift was a challenge.

Liked: Outstanding location - right next to Harrods, friendly staff. Big room. Comfortable beds. Safe area. Easy parking at weekend.
Disliked: Basement room, smelled of drains outside the room and corridor used as storage. Bathroom was really old and tired. Communal space small.

Pleasant stay in good location...

Liked: Everything went well - location was perfect, staff very friendly, breakfast fine.
Disliked: The hotel is in need of a little do-over. Worn wallpaper, cracked tiles in bathroom and slightly "broken" shower.

Liked: Very friendly staff who were very welcoming and helpful. Each member of staff we met was smiling and always engaging in general conversation. The staff help make the hotel what it is.
Disliked: Room 24 needs its locks changed. I wasn’t made aware when I first checked in that the key has to turn clockwise so I had to call to reception to be let out of the room - this is a huge safety/fire hazard and should be fixed urgently.
