Great location, but not again.

Liked: Location
Disliked: No breakfast room. Had to place a breakfast order for delivery in the morning to your room terrible choice for the price of breakfast with cold boiled eggs.

Great Location but poor attention...

Liked: Good location for exploring the posher side of London with Hyde Park, Harrords, Natural History Museam and more right on the door step.The staff are welcoming and helpfull.
Disliked: Room was very 'Tired' with the decore leaving something to be desired, Bathroom had cracked tiles, stained bath and old screw holes left. The whole place felt grubby.

Liked: The location was great, a short distance from Knightsbridge tube and Harrods. The staff is very kind and helpful.
Disliked: The Twin mattresses in #9 need to be replaced and the faucet for the shower is hard to work. 6th

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean rooms, complementary afternoon tea, great location and cozy.
Disliked: Might just be an issue with my room but I could hear it when ppl walk sometimes, I live in B floor.
