You need to change the...

Liked: The room is to small and the bathroom is to old and the smell of the hotel is too too badAnd the elevator look like we are on 70 it to old and it to hard to open and close the elevator

I would stay there again....

Liked: Convenient to transport and local attractions. It’s also on the (Piccadilly line) Heathrow train line.
Disliked: Not all rooms have views from the windows. Basement rooms that look into other rooms.

Good location but pricey compared...

Liked: Conveniently located a stone's throw from Harrods in a quiet well-maintained street
Disliked: No lift access to the 3rd floor without going via a neighboring building. No bar or restaurant.

You pay for the location,...

Liked: Good location, close to subways, Knightsbridge shops and the Victoria and Albert Museum
Disliked: The rooms are small and shabby - don’t book the “single” room. The mattress was threadbare and I barely had space to open my suitcase.
