Friendly staff and great location...

Liked: It was ok though no gluten free bread available. Tea/coffee would be better at the table for those who have difficulty walking
Disliked: The shower was not good. First day cold and then on in, after it had been looked at, intermittently hot and cold. Not an easy, relaxing shower to start the day

Disliked: Room was very tired. Bar closed early. No food on a Sunday evening.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff.Excellent breakfastLovely room and hotel.
Disliked: No restaurant for an evening meal. We were travelling on motorcycles and we don't ride in the dark.We had to walk about a mile on a busy road with no paths to get to the nearest pub.Fortunately, we managed to persuade a member of the pub staff to take us back in their car.It would have been dangerous to walk in the pitch black of night.

Liked: Location was fine, convenient and easy to find! Staff were all friendly and helpful
Disliked: Room was grubby although well equipped. TV was inadequate with no main terrestrial channels and unwatchable reception. Also a £ 20 surcharge for my dog was too much.

Liked: Friendliness of staff.Food on Monday.
Disliked: Astounded that they did not serve food after 4pm and that the bar closed at 8pm on Sunday. We arrived at 7pm on Sunday and at no point in the booking process were we informed about the lack of catering. Very disappointing.

Liked: The location was perfect for my needs. The food was very good and the staff couldn't be more helpful. My room was fine and comfortable.
Disliked: Nothing not to like really, perhaps the bathroom would benefit from a makeover but nothing to stop me returning.
