Liked: Having stayed here before it was a natural choice to stay again. Really friendly, the rooms are clean with good facilities and comfy beds. An added bonus is the food which is absolutely delicious. We had the Sunday roast which was exceptional. We will continue to return as we love Chepstow and love the Beaufort hotel.

Liked: Very pretty town and the Beaufort is well situated and a very friendly welcome from the young chap who lives there (sorry I can't remember his name - he pulls a fantastic pint!) Bar is welcoming and sport available to watch on request. Our room was comfortable and a large fan most welcome with the heat!
Disliked: Could do with a warning about the hot tap water temperature, narrowly avoided burning myself when running a bath. Just a personal gripe but, whilst breakfast tables were spotless, the cleaning products have built up to create a tacky/sticky surface that glued everything to it. Also fruit juices very unappetising although breakfast was otherwise excellent.
