Liked: The staff and the location
Disliked: The tired state of the rooms that need decorating and a shower that does not work properly. It was the same in my daughter's room who was also staying (both decor and shower)

A lovely hotel with comfortable...

Liked: Fantastic location, lovely friendly staff, comfortable family room with en suite WC and shower, TV and kettle with tea and coffee.
Disliked: The room was hot and it was extremely difficult to open the window. There was a fan but it was broken and didn't work. The water pressure in the shower was very weak and at times no water came out at all. The TV was a bit limited in the number of channels available although that wasn't a problem for us.

Exceptional

Liked: Lovely staff good hotel, excellent location Lovely breakfast
Disliked: The shower wasn't good either freezing cold or boiling hot no in-between.

Superb

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff.The room was clearly recently renovated to a very good standard. Very comfortable, well equiped and spotlessly clean.Excellent town centre location.
Disliked: Some of the communal areas were a little more tired than the rooms themselves but still very clean and tidy

Liked: The location of the hotel is very good, and the breakfast was perfect
Disliked: The hotel itself is ok, but in need of a revamp, the carpets & corridors to the rooms looked very tired and need up dating as do the rooms, and also the bar area need a good update This hotel has so much potential. For a nights stay it's ok any longer im not so sure

Disliked: Room was very hot and although a fan was provided it made a lot of noise but didn't seem to throw out any breeze. The shower could do with upgrading as it was just a fine mist, needed to hand hold it to be of any use.

Liked: Great location. Basic old rooms outside. But a good spot. Everything we needed.
