Pleasant

Good location, but basic room...

Liked: Good location at the centre of Chepstow to start walking Offa’s Dyke.
Disliked: The room was very tired, shower small, bird mess on the window. We were at the back of the hotel & it was very noisy at night from the gulls as we had to have the window open as it was very hot. The staff were grumpy at breakfast.

Liked: The hotel was centrally located, within walking distance of the places I needed to be. They had a car park. The room was very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The noise from the bar and the lack of soundproofing.

Liked: Visited numerous times as have family in Chepstow, good value for money, friendly staff in a good location for me

Disliked: Could do with some sockets near the bed.

Exceptional

Liked: We love the Beaufort. We love the staff and the atmosphere. If you want corporate and clininical don't bother! It's a true historical gem in a lovely part of town
