Disliked: Shabby bedroom, no hot water for shower, had to use another bedroom to shower in. Not value for money

Good value for money, and...

Liked: Ideally located for anyone wishing to see historic Chepstow, and sites in the area (castle, Tintern Abbey, Piercefield, etc.). Excellent breakfast, very comfortable bed. Would stay again for a night's stopover.
Disliked: Limited car parking spaces; room above had noisy floor, but this didn't keep us awake.

Good location to visit Chepstow

Liked: Good location in the centre of Chepstow. Staff friendly and attentive
Disliked: I think the fabric needed some investment. Our bedroom was rather small and sound carried from other rooms
