Dreadful

Liked: Friendly staff.Bed was comfy apart from inadequate duvet.
Disliked: Too narrow duvet that barely covered me. Draughty single glazed window. Incredibly noisy from drinkers downstairs even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep. Room smelt of sewage from toilet which was very close to bed as room and facilities were tiny. Massive gaps all around the doot let in glaring light from corridor all night. Shower head was broken. Old coffee that had congealed in the packets. It looked really nice on the advert but it was a prison cell.

Disliked: The pillows. Everyone in our party complained about the cheap pillows and struggled to have an unbroken sleep with them. There was nothing to them, very thin
