Happy to recommend.

Liked: Easy free parking. Central location.Good breakfast. Very clean. Reasonable charge.
Disliked: The Bear advertises itself as “Luxury accommodation “ it is not but we would be happy to stay again.

Liked: The room was large, clean and tidy.The bed, although a double was two singles together which is unfortunately more common in b&b's which means it is uncomfortable when moving around due to the joint.The mattress was also a little too firm for my liking but that is all down to preference as I know others would say it was too soft.
Disliked: The hallway to the room needed a refresh as it was dark, flooring lifting and just needed a general tidy up

Disliked: Your booking system told me that both rooms booked were no longer available nevertheless you took £75 twice

Liked: Excellent host - went above and beyond as I arrived soaked on my bike! My clothes were taken care of and dry by the morning. Very friendly and hospitable
Disliked: perhaps cereal as an alternative or addition in the breakfast menu
