Fabulous for our special occasion

Liked: Room 6 exceeded our expectations for a cosy double. We would request this room again. Food was exceptional. No music in the dining rooms big plus.
Disliked: Nothing

Wonderful stay in a great...

Liked: Charming hotel located between two beautiful commons that we loved exploring and walking through. Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options that you don't usually see in a "breakfast included" hotel and we really liked the dinners as well. The hotel itself was ideally suited to explore the Cotswolds and had a charm of its own in the night as it was not inside one of the villages. We would love to stay here again.
Disliked: Our only issue was that our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day of our 3 night stay and it was not a very thorough cleaning on the 3rd day either. The room was perfectly clean when we checked-in though, so not sure if this standard procedure while you are staying there....we were too busy to find out/complain about it.Also, fair warning, request a room on the lower floors if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues as the property doesn't have lifts - although that information was advertised and known before hand to us..so it was a conscious choice. Just wanted you to know.
