Liked: The kitchen was cleaned to an exceptional standard in the morning by staff.
Disliked: The absolute racket of other guests. Someone should be monitoring what’s going on in the hallways at night in a facility as big as this. It sounded like there was riots going on at one point, and even if that wasn’t going on, it still would have been awful. There is absolutely no sound proofing anywhere. People walking quietly and shutting doors on the other side of the building sends earthquake like tremors through the whole building

Disliked: Unfortunately we had loud guests next door one night but the staff kindly moved us to another room the next day which was much better

Liked: Very close to the city centre
Disliked: The parking on site is terrible - first in first serve is not a vibe! And there is a street with extra parking but you’d be lucky to find a park there! While I realise there is a restaurant right next door - plates and cutlery in the rooms would be great! Especially for guests who have kids - like we do and can’t afford to be eating at the restaurant every night.
