A great place to stay...

Liked: Manager was extremely friendly & helpful. Our breakfast was the best we had during our road trip around Wales. The chef was very friendly & accommodating as we are vegetarian, and the breakfast was delicious.

Welcoming, warm and friendly.

Liked: The location to the town centre is very good. By having a car park is a great benefit. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent and it was good to see a good selection of fresh fruit also available. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: The bedroom was large and it would have been nice if a comfy chair was in the room.

Lovely location, guesthouse lets itself...

Liked: Great location with everything you need in the town.Breakfast was really good and the server ( sorry didn’t get your name) was lovely and very attentive.
Disliked: The room (no 15), was basic and definitely didn’t offer the luxury as shown in the photos online. Very small room with basic kettle and a few tea sachets. No where to hang any clothes which is not ideal when trying to dry 4 people’s coats etcWe stayed as a family of 4 for 3 nights, we only saw the owner once at checkin. It would be useful to have some information given at the checkin or an information brochure in the room, with breakfast times and facilities available etc. A menu at breakfast would also be useful as we had no idea what was available. During our stay nothing in our room was replenished (toilet roll, tea/coffee) and no bins emptied. This is not the cheapest guest house in the area and sadly the standards do not match the price.
