This was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed in. The air condition did not work properly, would not cool to anything under 79 degrees, the iron board did not stand up. In addition to this I was charged 5 dollars a day for a safe I did not even know was in the room, and 5 dollars a day for parking in the hotel parking lot. I could not find this policy written anywhere online. It was on a small sign in the lobby. However, since my card was charged in advance I was stuck.

The most horrible stay in...

Liked: The only good thing about this property is the proximity to the beach.
Disliked: The facility as well as everything in it is outdated, rusted and very unkept. The toilet was unstable, the faucets were rusted, the headboard was held up by a 2x4. The ac unit was leaking and the front piece was falling off which was held by duct tape. The table was peeling and the curtains were 5 shades dirtier than the original color of beige. Save yourself sanity and your money DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: Location was amazing. The staff very nice and accomodating.
Disliked: Property needs to be renovated, but it was clean. The hurricane damage has still not been repaired. The elevators did not work.

Disliked: I was told the elevator was not working but they would put us on the second floor. I said ok on the phone. When I got there I was placed on the fourth floor. Talking to many others they were all told the same. The stairs were dirty and the rails were sticky. I know it is not a five star hotel but 3 older woman dragging luggage up four flights of stairs in 90 degree temps was horrible. I was told no one would have told me we would have the second floor but I most definitely was. Also all the ice machines were broken. They can give you a bag of ice but no ice bucket to put it in.
